Thirteen years on tour. Now teaching, coaching, writing.
I've sung in castles in Germany and villages in India, opened for incredible artists, and lived out of a suitcase for over a decade. Underneath all of it was the same quiet curiosity: what's actually going on inside us?
That curiosity became a memoir, and is becoming a second book Change Your Story, One Thought at a Time on becoming a compassionate observer of your inner landscape. These days you'll find me in Asheville with my husband Justin and step-kids in the beautiful cabin he built us— coaching, teaching, and still very much writing songs.
